History
- Rn2 Associates Consultancy started its operations back in 1977.
- First designs were discrete implementations of Thermostats, Emergency Traffic Flashers.
- In 1979 we were hired to design "Digital Odometers" and "Gas Station Credit Card Readers".
- The group diversified into automotive module business with the design of "Smart Oil Level Sensors" and "Smart Lead Acid Battery" applications.
- In 2008 Rn2 Associates became a California State registered LLC.
- Same year we provided worldwide sales support for Li-Ion batteries, specifically for notebook computers.
- In 2010 we were hired to monetize power management intellectual properties to Silicon Valley semiconductor companies.
- The diversification in Business Development sector expanded to "Man Over Board" and "Marine Level Transmitters".
- In 2011 we signed a contract with a local IP house to pursue a NIH Grant for "Insitu Rechargeable Hearing Aid Batteries" primarily focusing on Danish and USA market base.
- 2022 we participated with a Li-Ion battery partner to provide solutions to "Micro Grid" and "Virtual Power Plants" end markets.
- 2024 was the year we worked with two outfits to provide solutions to the "AC Motor Current signal Analysis"
- 2024 we investigated possibilities of entering the medical market working in conjunction with medical IP house providing electronic solutions for glaucoma control and treatments.
